Assessment

The Assessment or analysis phase is a comprehensive and detailed look at the activities, management systems, processes, asset utilisation and behaviours relative to the vision or strategy. From this phase, Renoir is able to develop a business proposition with specific deliverables and benefits, along with a project schedule and milestones. A typical analysis would range from 2-4 weeks, for which a nominal fee is charged. We are proud of our analysis methodology, as it is used by numerous financial institutions for due diligence in pre-investment/acquisition situations.

Assessment activities fall into a number of broad categories:
