Operational Due Diligence

Renoir’s Operational Due Diligence process is an invaluable complement to traditional pre-investment activities. The outputs of the exercise will focus on the scope of improvements available along with a time frame for achieving the benefits. It will assess a company’s management, business processes, asset utilization, position versus the competition, its capability to compete, and its management of the supply chain.

Quantifiable improvements:
The process will quantify specific improvement areas such as labor, WIP, inventory, CapEx, throughput, yields, new product development, and quality that will assist with financial planning and risk analysis. An assessment of the company culture, management capability, and customer perception is also developed. Renoir will also commit to deliver the improvements it identifies if the acquisition is completed.
