Aftercare

We call it AfterCare but our clients have called it bedding in, a warranty process, an audit process, follow-up training, or the key to sustainability. The objective is to ensure that the investment in the project - time, effort, & money - is secured and positioned to withstand time, staff turnover, and management inattention. Renoir conducts a series of audits to check the effectiveness of the project implementation and flags up the shortcomings and why. If it's something we can fix then and there, we do it. If it's a management/supervisory issue, we will let you know. AfterCare is an integral component in a process that that is built and administered to last.
