Our People
An organization is only as good as its people; a combination of selecting the right ones and then providing the training and support to execute the plan. Renoir's selection process is a rigorous one, and in an industry that traditionally relies on hiring the best and brightest from leading business schools, refreshing as well. As Renoir's success is partly a result of getting buy-in and ownership from all levels of our client's businesses, our consultants must have considerable experience in supervising and managing people. We are also partial to candidates with unusual backgrounds and experiences - people who have explored life more fully and will fit in with Renoir's diverse, world wide client base, which is challenging intellectually, culturally, and environmentally.

"The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge the outstanding work completed at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital by your company, and in particular, your Project Manager. After 30 weeks, he leaves us with growing clinical excellence, improved business practices and a changing culture."
