Krishna Paupamah began his career in London, in the 80s. He started out in manufacturing, before progressing to consulting.

His exposure to the world of consulting made him realise that traditional consultancies were focused more on billings, rather than on clients. It was about, “How much more can we get out of the client?", rather than, “How much more can we give to the client?".

And with that, Krishna saw the opportunity for a new kind of consultancy – one that placed client satisfaction above all else.

Enter Renoir.

Through our radical approach, the consultancy was able to deliver real outcomes – both top-line and bottom-line business improvements.

While traditional consultancies continued to focus on delivering strategies, reports and recommendations, we linked strategy to execution.

Our excellence in execution, applied to change management, meant that we don’t just train people on the right way of working; we work hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the change.
