The findings from these critical assessments were designed to shape the company\u2019s future strategy.<\/p><p>Unlike Renoir\u2019s standard Focus Process\u00ae methodology, this project<strong> adopted a tailored approach<\/strong>. Instead, <strong>Management Action Teams (MATs)<\/strong> were formed for each business unit\u2014<strong>Retail and Lubricants<\/strong>\u2014to drive progress and maintain momentum within the tight timeline. The proposal demanded<strong> meticulous detail,<\/strong> encompassing all 28 service stations (of varying models) for Retail, while Lubricants concentrated on optimising sales channels.<\/p><p>For Lubricants, the <strong>MCS (Marketing and Customer Service)<\/strong> overhaul involved deploying <strong>Salesforce.com<\/strong> to streamline operations.
