Krishna Paupamah began his career in London, in the 80s – a journey that has traversed between manufacturing and consulting.

His exposure to the world of consulting opened his eyes to the opportunity to transform the traditional consulting industry – one that was only focused on how much it gets from the client – into one that focuses on how much it gives back; putting client satisfaction above all else.

By working alongside Management Action Teams, consultants, client task force, and the Executive Steering Committee, the Focus Process® enables employees to understand the issues; develop root cause solutions; and achieve significant, measurable, and lasting change.

IMPLEMENTATION

The Implementation phase focuses on execution and delivery by supporting the Management Action Teams through highly effective and relevant training, coaching, and facilitating the changes required to deliver the results. We also tailor support to match behavioural changes of employees through our unique Situational Behaviour Audit, helping them understand the reasons and benefits such a change brings, which results in sustainable change that drives the business forward long after the project has finished. Not only that, but the Situational Behaviour Audit is also key in helping us design the right AfterCare programme for the handover phase.

AFTERCARE

An integral component that’s built and administered to last, our AfterCare programme’s purpose is to ensure the time, effort, and money invested in projects can withstand time, staff turnover, and management inattention. Through a series of in-depth audits on the effectiveness of project implementation, we work with our clients to fix any shortcomings and also equip them with the knowledge to address management or supervisory issues.
